The form opens at a public URL. There is no login, no account and no claim on the person filling it in.

How it looks

The page wears your organization's theme — its colours and its letterhead. This is presentation only; it carries no permissions and grants no access.

What a respondent can see

Only the form. A form-fill page never exposes your records, your other forms, or anything about the people already in your organization.
