Data
Updated Aug 31, 2026
Data is the spreadsheet layer. A table is yours to shape: you choose the columns, their types, and how the rows are sorted and filtered. It is the right home for anything that is a list and does not belong to a person record.
In this section
- Tables and sheets — Creating a table, adding columns, and adding rows.
- Field types — The twelve column types and what each one accepts.
- Import and export — Bringing a CSV in, and getting your data back out.
- Filters, sorting and views — Narrowing a large table, and saving how you left it.
- Working in the grid — Selection, editing, and keyboard movement.
