Person records

A person record carries the identity fields you would expect — name, contact details, designation — plus whatever custom fields your organization has added.

Searching

Search ignores accents in both directions. Searching Jose finds José, and searching José finds Jose. You never need to know how a name was typed.

Linked profiles

When a person has their own GIG profile, their identity is read live from that profile rather than copied onto the record. That means their name and contact details are whatever they last set, and you are never looking at a stale copy.
